WAIE services are available only at Aldrees fuel stations that are listed in our website.
The customer may cancel this agreement at any time and stop the services on condition that the customer must inform Aldrees Company in writing before 48 hours and handing over all the TAGS and the SMART CARDS. The customer will be refunded the remaining balance in his account.
The customer assumes responsibility for all the information that he entered into the system.
Fuel prices are subject to change by the government and the prices will change automatically in the WAIE system by the same amount.
Upon registration in the WAIE system the customer will get an account number thru which he can manage his account from anywhere in the world with internet access and he will be responsible for all transactions in his account.
The customer will get a 2-year free warranty period against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of installation in the vehicle. The warranty shall not cover any misuse by the users.
Fuel prices in stations outside city limits are according to government regulations.
Upon signing this agreement and acceptance to use WAIE system, the customer declares that he agrees and accepts the terms and conditions of the agreement between him & Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Services Co.
The electronic TAG is considered the property of the customer and under his responsibility and cannot be transferred to another car, and the customer must warn drivers not to tamper with it, and the company is not responsible for compensating the second party for the value of the chip and the amount of consumption resulting from such act.
The company's responsibility towards the customer is limited to installing the TAG and providing the service to the customer in providing him with fuel, and it is not responsible for compensating the customer in the event of the TAG being misused by one of its employees or third parties.
In case the car being broken down, stolen, or the TAG stolen, the customer can de-active the TAG through the website without first consulting the company.
When a dispute arises between the client and the company, it is resolved amicably within 15 days from the date of the client's notification to the company of this dispute by letter. In case that the solution is not possible, it is resorted to the competent Courts.
Primmum account will charge 10 SAR for each service tags / smartcard (monthly service fees)
NON-Primmum account will be without monthly service fees
